Branding events and promoting Maine ideas.


We were instantly drawn to the diversity and thoughtfulness of the ideas presented at TEDxDirigo. Since the fall of 2011, we have proudly lead the marketing and design teams working on 7 events. Primarily a volunteer team, TEDxDirigo is a truly collaborative effort where the best in their fields take the time out of their schedules to share in the creation of something great.

From the development of the theme name, to the printing of the attendee nametags, we have produced the branding, advertising and promotional materials of 7 events over 6 years. The dynamic nature of this talented team allows for the exploration of new communication and design tactics every year—and with enough skill and planning to figure out how to make it happen.

FALL 2015

Bounce—Circus Conservatory, Thompson's Point


Bounce was the sixth annual fall event. The theme, inspired by the venue, was very playful and included a Circus Conservatory photo shoot, performance, and beach balls for the audience!

SPRING 2016

Ebb + Flow—Bar Harbor, ME


Celebrating Acadia National Park and the National Park System’s 100th anniversary, TEDxDirigo Ebb + Flow explored how human communities have shaped the form and history of the Mount Desert Island and vice versa. This was our first theme where all the talks were focused on a specific region.

FALL 2016

Dissonance—State Theatre


This past November, TedxDirigo hosted its largest event to date. Situated just three days before the national presidential election, Dissonance was a chance to embrace ideas we don't agree with and examine those we hold as truth. Is there hope within the noise?
